It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother and wife Paulette Michelle Poole on June 28th, 2024, at the age of 59. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the incredible joy and love she brought into our lives.

Predeceased by her mother and father, Allison and Robert Gagne, her sister Suzanne, and her mother and father-in-law Veronica and Billy Poole, she is now reunited with them in peace. She Leaves to mourn her husband and best friend of over 34 years, Keith Poole; her daughter Ashlee (Rob), grandson Liam; and grand fur-baby, Remie. She will also be deeply missed by the Poole, Gagne, and Hendry families, along with many other people who were in her life over the years. Daily chats and Facetime with Edna (Francis), weekly visits with special friends Trudy (Tommy), her friendship with Mary (John), and get-togethers with friends in Horsechops were moments she cherished and looked forward to.

Her love for family and friends was boundless, and the times spent at the cabin are a testament to the deep connections and joy she fostered. The laughter, shared meals (or feasts, as Liam would say), sing-a-longs and treasured moments will forever be etched in our hearts as a celebration of the wonderful person she was.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the nurses at Community Services and the entire medical team with Eastern Health. Their compassionate care and support through her health complications with diabetes these last few years were invaluable and deeply appreciated.

In honour of her memory, donations can be made to Neveah’s Lemonade Stand, the Canadian Diabetes Association, or a charity of your choice.

We are so very sorry to hear of Michelle having to leave you Keith, Ashlee, and families 💔
I know she is still very near… but trying to understand why good people are taken from us so young is very very difficult.
She was a beautiful person. Kind, funny, and so thoughtful. When I saw her it was as though no time had ever passed. Her smile was genuine. Her generosity, and caring ways were always so sincere.
I am praying that you all can find the strength to let the happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time. She is with Aunt Allison, Uncle Robert and her Sissy. Unbelievable really. I will never forget the love that they all showed us during our time together.
I am very sorry for your earthly loss.
See you in the sweet by and by cousin (give my baby bro’ a hug for me)
💔❤️

Keith, Ashley , and family, there’s so many memories I have shared with you all, from dancing as a teenager in the Gagne house with Suzanne , to watching Ashley take her first steps as a baby, to your wedding day Keith, or sitting just chatting with Michelle about a new crochet pattern and what stitch to use !! Your family has been a huge part of my life , and there’s no words to express my heartbreak for you all! Michelle like her family before her , has made a lasting impression on a lot of people. She will forever be missed by many . Sending you big hugs and lots of love. ❤️
