Obituary
Carlson Driscoll, age 81, passed peacefully away on June 15, 2024, with his daughter by his side. He was born July 6, 1942 to Hazel and Ernest and grew up in Portugal Cove.
He was predeceased by his oldest brother, Hubert (Monya), in 2019.
Left to mourn are his daughters Jackie (Glen Walbourne) and Heather, along with their mother Sharon; grandchildren Carissa, Eric, and Luke; son Alex MacFarlane; and his brothers Ron (Lottie), Ernie (Geraldine) and Doug (Cathy) and their families.
Thank you to all who cared for him over the years and to the staff of the Health Science Centre emergency department, who provided comfort and compassion in his last hours.
The funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m. Private burial to follow.
Donations in his name can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association Newfoundland and Labrador Division or Multiple Sclerosis Canada.

I wish to express my deepest condolences on Carlson’s passing. Over the years I have thought of him many times. I have fond memories of him from when I was young. We are cousins and I have never forgotten, he was Family. Carlson I hope you are at peace.
