Hillier, Thomas William
Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Hospital after a short illness, Thomas William Hillier, on July 18, 2010, age 87 years, resident of St. Luke's Home. Predeceased by his wife Margaret (nee Bonnell); brothers: Charles, George and Freeman; brother-in-law James Bonnell; sisters-in-law: Mary Hillier and Meta Taylor. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, sons: James (Betty), Edgar (Cheryl) and Baxter; four grandchildren: Stephanie, Michael, Scott and Ashley; brother Bertram (Florence); brothers-in-law: Ralph (Alma) Bonnell and Clyde (Dorothy) Bonnell; sisters-in-law: Vera Ayers and Irene Hillier. Also, a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday, July 20 and Wednesday, July 21 at 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral to take place at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Craigmiller Avenue on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Parish of St. Michael and All Angels Building Fund.
